That didn't assist. I found nothing in that telling me why my saves are stuck at upload and won't sync with the cloud.

Ah, ok. Here is the link for the Xbox Cloud Storage Assistance page. It does look similar there is a small number of games that practice not support deject saved games. Have you tried moving the saves to a USB storage drive and plugging that into your Xbox One?

Sorry to hear the issue is still beingness persistent. The account will need to be removed and downloaded back to the Xbox 360 interface that appears when the game launches. We will provide steps on how to complete this process. Be certain to let usa know the results!
- Launch Xbox 360 game
- Press the View and Carte du jour buttons simultaneously when the Xbox logo appears
- Select Manage Storage
- Select the hard drive
- Select the Profiles folder
- Choose your Gamertag and select delete(delete profile only not profile and items)
- Repeat step ii to pull up the guide
- Choose Download Profile

I tried this and also looking over other options. I've also reset my Network and checked that my NAT is Open. Nothing is working

Sorry to hear that you lot're dealing with this issue trying to access your Xbox 360 Saves.
It might help to clean your console for any problematic or extraneous data that might be stored locally past either power cyclingyour panel as outlined in How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One Console, or by performing a soft reset. Information technology's a reset of your console back to factory settings just i that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really adept troubleshooting step for most issues.
Just make certain that before yous become ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for whatsoever/all of your accounts (every bit they will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network .
Also make certain that you select the option denoted reset and keep my games & apps.
